Starting as a technical support engineer, Dinesh has scaled to the role of Director of Sales Pre-sales, leveraging his exceptional leadership and technical skills. He has been instrumental in driving the company's growth year after year, helping customers to effectively implement their IT business strategies and ensuring business continuity. As a seasoned electronics engineer from Mumbai, Dinesh has played a key role in building the CubixTech brand and shaping its technical team. With a deep understanding of customer needs and an exceptional ability to handle clients, he is responsible for driving the growth of the managed services and security business to new heights. Beyond his technical expertise, Dinesh is also known for his humble and approachable leadership style. He is fully dedicated to the vision of CubixTech and is always working tirelessly to support his team and achieve company goals. Pramoda has a rich and varied experience of over 25+ years in IT security. He has witnessed the journey of IT security from Desktop and Server Antivirus to today’s multifaceted and dynamic security in the virtual borderless and cloud world of IT in his professional life. He has worked in different leadership and management roles with security leaders of the Industry. To name a few- Dr Solomons (McAfee), IPolicy Networks ( Acquired by Tech Mahindra ) – India Sales Head, Radware - Head Business Development - India and SAARC, Allot Communications- Country Manager – India and SAARC, Imperva- Regional Director – India and SAARC, F5 Networks – Security Sales Head, Channel Director- India and SAARC …. And now part of leadership team of CubixTech. Pramoda is actively building new capabilities and capacity in CubixTech to serve the technology better, and to bring the specialized IT security services to the customer as Managed Services from CubixTeh. Pramoda is actively volunteering in many social projects and is a senior faculty of Art Of Living organization. He is working with the youth of villages and cities and sharing the knowledge and benefits of Yoga and Meditation.

Meet Sushil, the experienced leader behind CubixTech's sales efforts. With over 35 years of experience in the IT system integration industry, he has spent the last 8 years specializing in Network Security, Application Security, Cyber Security, and Cloud Security by partnering with global leaders in the field. Sushil has a strong background in sales, having developed markets for Indian IT giants and multinational corporations. He also co-founded and grew an IT system integration business for over 15 years, and is currently serving as the National Sales Head at CubixTech Integration with additional responsibility for overseeing the digital marketing initiatives and the onboarding of new technologies. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Sushil is also passionate about singing and playing tennis, and has been dedicated to fitness and yoga for over 35 years.

Debabrata is a keen individual with a Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialisation in Electronics & Telecommunications from Utkal University (Orissa), India. With over 16 years of experience in the IT networking and security field, Debabrata is a highly skilled professional in areas such as DPI, bandwidth management, policy control and charging, and various infrastructure and security solutions. He has a wide expertise in data center management, pre-sales consulting, post-sales support coordination, and channel management. Debabrata has a proven track record of identifying clients' specific business needs and providing customized solutions to meet those requirements. His ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners has enabled him to acquire new clients and deepen rapport with existing ones. Vikas has a successful track record in building and leading high-performance technical teams that offer solutions to positively impact the growth and profitability of IT companies. Vikas is skilled at prioritizing, organizing, and managing client relationships fluidly. Dr. Shilpa, a highly accomplished professional, boasts a diverse skill set honed through her Master's in Mass Communications and Doctorate in Media and Journalism. With 12+ years of experience in the field of operations, accounting, and general leadership, Prajakta is a highly competent professional with a proven track record of developing and growing businesses. She possesses a wide range of skills and experiences that make her a huge asset to CubixTech. Prajakta is well-accustomed to working with diverse people while managing multiple priorities. Arvind is an experienced Chartered Accountant who graduated from Pune University with a degree in commerce. He also holds a Master's in Commerce and a PG degree in Law, and passed his final Chartered Accountancy examination in 1978. Arvind has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 1983 and has been associated with Cubix since 1991. With 38 years of experience in Accounting and Legal, Arvind has been instrumental in ensuring CubixTech's accounting and legal compliances since its incorporation. He has worked closely with many leading organizations as a Chartered Accountant - including Fleetguard & Enginetech group, Dorabjee & Co, and Cubix Group of companies. Arvind has also worked closely with the CEO of CubixTech Nitin Naik in previous Cubix Group companies and was instrumental in setting up offices for CubixTech in India and overseas. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants Association of India and is highly respected in the government tax and income tax departments for his immense knowledge and experience in the field. Arvind is a passionate Chartered Accountant known for his disciplined working style and expertise in the relevant field. He is also a yoga and meditation practitioner, embodying a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
